I was not a direct customer of Above All Smog, but I needed their help. I recently purchased a vehicle through a private party and unfortunately DMV wasn’t able to see that the emission had passed on their end. The previous car owner gave me the smog shop they used (Above All Smog) to see if I can retrieve the report that way.
