Alex Soto, the chef whose creations at the Napa Bowl won the Michelin Guide's praise, has opened a new eatery at the Napa Premium Outlets - Lencho's Mexican Food. Lencho's, named for Soto's father, is the newest venture for the adventurous, innovative Soto, who came to Napa from El Cortijo, Jalisco, Mexico. We honor our traditional Mexican roots by creating each item by hand, with love and care.
