Office cleaning in Pleasant Hill
A written nightly scope: trash, restrooms, floors, desks that are clear, glass, and the break room. The detail work is on a weekly pass.
The nightly clean is what people notice in the morning: bins emptied, restrooms stocked, floors done, and the fingerprints off the entry glass. Desks are wiped where they are clear. We do not move papers or open drawers.
Once a week we go back for the work a nightly pass skips: edges, baseboards, and the full height of the conference glass. Fully insured across Contra Costa County and the larger Alameda cities.
Scope of work

- Empty trash and recycling and replace liners
- Disinfect door handles, switches, and elevator buttons
- Wipe the reception desk, conference tables, and shared counters
- Vacuum carpet and mop hard floors in the traffic lanes
- Spot-clean entry glass and interior glass at hand height
Restrooms
- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, and sinks
- Polish mirrors and fixtures
- Restock soap, paper towels, and tissue
- Mop the floor
- Empty sanitary bins
Break room
- Wipe counters, tables, and the sink
- Wipe the outside of the microwave, fridge, and coffee maker
- Clean the inside of the microwave
- Sweep and mop the floor
Each week
- Vacuum wall to wall, including under desks that are clear
- Detail interior conference-room glass
- Dust baseboards, sills, and vents that can be reached from the floor
Questions
Do you clean after hours?
Yes. Most offices are cleaned after the last person leaves, or on the weekend.
Do you clean inside desks?
No. We clean the surfaces that are clear. Papers and drawers stay as we found them.
