A full deep clean before the stager arrives
We clean the entire house, not just the surfaces the camera sees first. The stager walks into a house that is already done.
This is a deep clean of the whole house before staging. Agents use it so the photographer and the stager are not walking into a dusty vacant home. We start with the kitchen and the bathrooms, then the floors, then the glass, then the dust on trim, sills, and fixtures.
We finish before the furniture comes in. Think Clean does not stage. The stager places the furniture in a house that has already been cleaned. If the seller’s furniture is still there, we clean around it. We do not haul it out.
Tell us the photo time and the address. Fully insured. Contra Costa County and the larger Alameda cities.

Questions
Do you stage the furniture?
No. We deep clean the house. The stager brings and places the furniture after we leave.
Is this a weekly house cleaning?
No. It is one full clean of a listing, timed before staging and photos.
Do you clean inside the appliances?
Yes, when they are empty: oven, microwave, and refrigerator. We do not empty a fridge that is still full of food.
